Staying at this hotel entitles you to automatic membership in all private resort facilities. There is a large clubhouse and recreation center with a comfortable lounge, game room, exercise room, reading area, business center with high-speed Internet access, and library. The complex is fenced and guarded 24 hours. The centerpiece is the huge heated pool with surrounding sundeck and dynamic water features. In the area there is a fishing lake, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts and a special playground for the youngest visitors. Also on the property you can have your own family barbecue in the picnic area.
Disney World is only 4 miles away and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are just a short drive away.

When you get home, you should find the temperature set at 78 degrees (F).
If you find that your air conditioning is not working properly, make sure that ALL doors and windows are closed. Air conditioners stop working when the doors or windows are open.
If the unit does not return to normal cycle after checking the doors and windows, or if you feel the temperature is too high or too low, please call our office during normal business hours so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
Please note that some of the larger houses have two air conditioning units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Keeping these thermostats set at the same temperature will help maintain a comfortable level throughout the house.

The house was inspected prior to your arrival for any accidental damage. However, please feel free to call our office during office hours to report any issues. Please note that regular maintenance issues can take up to 24 hours to resolve.
Make sure the TV and cable box (if you have one) are turned on. TVs usually need to be tuned to channel 3 and the wired remote is used to change channels and adjust volume. For TVs with a single remote, that remote performs all of the required functions.
If you can't see any channels or NO INPUT appears on the screen, the TV is in the wrong INPUT. Locate the remote control of the TV with the same brand as the TV (for example, Sony, Insignia, etc.), press the "INPUT" button until an image appears on the screen, or select "HDMI1".
If you have a cable box, make sure it's turned on. To change channels, use your WIRED remote (eg Brighthouse Networks, Comcast, Summit, Verizon, etc.).
Yes, you can arrange daily or intermediate cleaning by calling our office. The prices vary according to the desired service and the size of the house.
If your house has a security alarm, use it when you leave the house.
Familiarize yourself with how your alarm system works before setting it up when you leave home.
Rates are set by the local sheriff's department for false alarm calls.

- Check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under beds for belongings. We have no lost items and neither the management company nor the owner are responsible for items left in the house.
- Remove all the garbage from the house, deposit the garbage in bags in the bank, trash can or in the garbage container provided. Please contact our office if there is more trash than can be placed in the container. We arrange collection or provide you with an alternative disposal point. An additional removal fee of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card for excess trash.
- Make sure that all dishes are placed in the dishwasher along with the dishwashing liquid and that the rinse cycle has started before you leave.
- Weather permitting, our housekeeping crew would appreciate it if you could put a load of towels in the washer and get started on those before you leave.
- Fold the duvets for each bed that is used. Please do not remove bedding from beds as our housekeeping staff must inventory each item.
- Please take a moment to report any damage. We understand accidents happen, but if you don't report damage, you may be charged for repair or replacement.
- Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
- Turn off all lights, appliances, and faucets.
- Set all thermostats at 78 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
- If your villa is equipped with an alarm system, please set the alarm with the code provided and lock the front door on your final exit.

Please throw away your bagged rubbish in the bin provided. In municipalities with garbage collection, your collection day is noted in your welcome letter.
For valet seat trash pickup, make sure all trash is bagged before taking it to the bank.
In some condominium and townhome communities, you must place your bagged trash in area trash cans.
At 4:00 p.m. in high season and holidays. Check-in is not guaranteed. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible.
Garbage must be disposed of in sealed garbage bags before throwing it into the bin, DO NOT throw household rubbish into the bin. An additional fee will be charged for garbage found in or around the house after check-out.
Domestic cooling: keep the thermostat between 72 and 78 degrees. If the device freezes due to low temperature setting, repair costs will be charged. If service calls are requested and no errors are found, you will be charged
POOL RULES -Use it at your own risk. No lifeguards on site, no unsupervised children, no swimming, diving, running,NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
Neither Premier Resort Properties nor the owner of this home will be responsible for any accident, injury or death that may occur as a result of the use of this pool or home. Any intervention in the pool equipment will have an additional charge for readjustment or repair of the equipment.
INFORMATION ON POOL HEATING–
Minimum (3) consecutive nights, 18-24 hours for heating, will not turn on if below 55 F, only heats 10-15 degrees above room temperature

Unclogging a toilet or sink costs $150 or more. Any non-emergency calls outside of business hours will be charged at the applicable rate.

If the house is left in poor condition and additional cleaning is required beyond the standard cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
